The Death of Stalin Payoff Poster

The payoff and variation posters are heavily inspired by constructivism and the Stenberg brothers. Using Ben Day dot textures and individual monochromatic elements, I attempted to imitate real design methods of the time used to make movie posters. To keep within the design style of constructivism, I prioritized the colors black, red, and yellow.
For my typography I altered Bebas Neue to match Cyrillic typefaces of the early 1900s. I utilized the communist sickle and hammer to recreate the letter "O" and crossbar of the "F" in the main title.
